Policy:

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies:

Appointments

• A valid card is required to secure all appointments.

• Please provide at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future appointments.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Studio Guidelines

• Due to limited space, guests and children who are not receiving a service are not permitted.

• Please arrive for waxing appointments with clean skin and good personal hygiene. If sanitation concerns prevent the service from being performed safely, the service may be modified or declined.

• All Fitz Skin reserves the right to refuse service in situations involving inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant information that may affect their service, including medications, allergies, skin conditions, and recent cosmetic procedures.

• Please contact All Fitz Skin before your appointment if you’re unsure whether a service is appropriate for you.

Payments & Service Concerns

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Services are non-refundable. If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact All Fitz Skin within 48 hours so we can address it.
